The following conditions:

is in list / is not in list

will allow you to add conditions based on the list of values, if you paste the link to your Google Spreadsheet.

The file must contain all the values in one column. Make sure your file contains only one sheet inside.

To use the is in list / is not in list options, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Google Spreadsheets, and prepare the relevant file with the values in one column only
  1. In the upper-right corner, click Share > Get shareable link

  1. On your mapping page (Internal Fields or Map Fields tab), scroll down to a given field
  2. Select the Main Mapping Type (e.g. Rename)
  3. Click IF
  4. Select the field to be searched for values from the spreadsheet (e.g. ID input field)
  5. From the second drop-down list, select the is in list or is not in list option
  6. Click on the arrow next to Add from drive, and select Add from url
  7. Now, paste the shareable link to your Google Spreadsheet file
